"Welcome to the Office of the Emperor's Hammer Communications Officer. The EH COMM is the 8th in command of the Fleet
and holds the minimum rank of Admiral. The COMM is assisted by a Command Attache who holds the minimum rank of Vice
Admiral, and a Assistant to the COMM. The COMM has many responsibilities in the EH. One of his main duties is to take complaints from other Hammer members. These complaints can be of ANY nature....problems between members, problems with AWOL superiors, etc. The COMM's other primary duty is running the Emperor's Hammer IRC channel on the Undernet. We hold meetings every Saturday at 12 NOON EST on Undernet channel ##Emperor's_Hammer."
